- Cancel less than 10 days before the flight: No Refund (No Show)
If the cancellation is due to technical issues, weather conditions, or Air Traffic Control (ATC) restrictions, the flight will either be rescheduled or fully refunded within 10 business days.
2. What Time Do Flights Depart?
Our flights typically depart at around 6:00 AM (Dubai local time), ensuring you enjoy the breathtaking sunrise over the desert. Exact timing will be confirmed the evening before your flight.
3. What Happens If the Flight Is Canceled Due to Weather?
Hot air balloon flights depend on weather conditions to ensure your safety and comfort. If the flight is canceled due to unsuitable weather, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling to another available date or receiving a full refund.
4. Can I Reschedule My Flight?
Yes, you can reschedule your flight based on availability. However, rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before your flight to avoid penalties.
5. What Should I Wear for the Flight?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Since early mornings can be chilly, it’s a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater.
6. How Long Does the Experience Last?
The total experience, including check-in, the flight, and post-landing activities, lasts approximately 3-4 hours, with the flight itself lasting around 40-60 minutes.
7. Is the Flight Suitable for Everyone?
The flight is generally suitable for most people. However, we do not recommend the experience for:
- Children under 5 years old
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with serious medical conditions or recent surgeries
8. What If I Arrive Late for My Flight?
Unfortunately, late arrivals are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. We strongly advise arriving on time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
